Our wedding was one of the most perfect days of our lives, and Nicola was one of the biggest parts of it. From the moment we found her on Instagram we knew she was for us. Coaching us through all the pre-wedding stuff, which we would have been lost in if not for her. It was a truly unique and personal experience. Nicola was an absolute dream to have with us on our wedding day. They handled logistics and legalities seamlessly, and in the lead up they made sure to step us through how everything worked, which completely put our minds at ease on a process we knew nothing about.

We first met Nicola at a friends' wedding where she was their celebrant and were instantly drawn to the warmth and sincerity that she brought to their ceremony. It was also the first wedding that we had been to where the celebrant and the couple made a point of bringing up the need for marriage equality in the ceremony (this was before the legalisation passed) and it honestly brought a tear to our eyes.

Nicola was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process of planning our ceremony and was so accommodating. We wanted to include a handfasting to pay respect to Meagan's family heritage and Nicola went out of her way to include this in seamlessly.

We were so thrilled to have Nicola as the celebrant for our wedding. She is extremely calm, personable, patient and can certainly write a great story. We kept the ceremony a surprise for the big day and were so happy with the entire ceremony. Many of our friends complimented Nicola stating she is certainly not like other celebrants who can be a bit dry and traditional and this is exactly why we booked her.

We met Nicola through a recommendation to us and we’re so grateful to have met her! From our first meeting, we knew we were on the same wavelength and Nicola definitely had the laid back, fun and warm personality we were looking for to be a part our wedding day.

“When you know you know”… I found Nicola scrolling through insta, straight away I loved her vibe. She was so easy to talk with over email so we meet up for a coffee and it was just like meeting up with someone you have known for ever but haven’t seen for a while. When we decided to get married we wanted a celebrant who was our type of person, a bit different and real, instead of the fluff and bubbles typical type of celebrant, and we were totally stoked when we came across Nicola.

We immediately felt comfortable with her, she’s very easy to get along with, and was able to read us and get a genuine sense of our individual personalities, as well as our relationship.  She created a ceremony that was personalised and represented us, and was the type of wedding we planned.  As well as providing advice and ceremony ideas, she was open to our suggestions and needs.

Nicola was recommended to us by another celebrant who we had met with, but decided didn’t suit our wedding style. We’re so glad this happened too. We were so very lucky to find Nicola to help bring the magic to our wedding. Brad and I both felt instantly warm and comfortable after meeting with Nicola for the first time and aside from organising all the obvious legalities and making the paperwork a breeze, I was so thrilled that Nicola was able to help us craft our own vows which meant so much to us both.

Nicola managed to summarise our life and personalities so well in her opening remarks and made us both feel very relaxed on the day. It ended up raining (quite heavily) during my planned outdoor wedding, so when our backup plan played out, I did feel some nerves at how things would go in our small inside venue. Nicola ran with these changes and kept our guests relaxed and attentive, meaning by the time I was walking down the aisle it felt pretty special.

When our initially planned celebrant wasn't available, we were recommended Nicola and couldn't be more grateful. With the pandemic causing us to reschedule more than once we decided to have an intimate ceremony. Nicola was so accommodating and made the day everything we wanted it to be.
