Your ability to offer us the benefit of your experience combined with ideas for putting our own unique stamp on the day were invaluable. On the big day we had all manner of reasons to be nervous, but your calm guidance and professionalism helped to steady us and make it the perfect ceremony that it was. 

Our ceremony was my favourite part of the wedding and I love the song we played for the processional as it really reflected our off-beat personalities. Our ceremony had a very casual playful feeling which is exactly the type of people we are as a couple. Our wonderful celebrant gave us the perfect unique ceremony we wanted, she gave a beautiful romantic reading about the golden record which was so special to have included.

Nicola wrote and delivered a beautiful, unique ceremony for us that took into consideration our wish to have a simple, non-traditional wedding. We met a number of times in the lead up, and Nicola made us feel calm, confident and informed about what originally seemed slightly overwhelming for two introverts!

Saying I DO was just so much fun having Nicola as your celebrant! Josh and I knew right from the beginning that we wanted our celebrant to be just that little bit different, and a lot great, and we found that in Nicola. She managed to create a ceremony that was us to a "T". She provided us with the casual and slightly cheeky ceremony we were after (and obviously her gorgeous accent makes everything sound more magical anyway) and was such an amazing help to us to encourage us to write our own vows and make the day ALL about us, which after all is exactly what it is! Jarrod and I found Mrs Jones via the usual suspect wedding blogs but Nicola stood out; She was a burst of colour amongst a sea of the same.

Immediately upon meeting, we knew Nicola was the right fit for us. She was professional and experienced with a relaxed style, which allowed Jarrod and I feel comfortable with her. Many of our friends noted after the wedding it was the best ceremony they had witnessed, with Nicola including personal touches which made everyone feel part of the journey with Jarrod and myself. We had 8 weeks to organise our surprise wedding and one of the most important things to us was having a celebrant that was a little different to the rest. My partner Toby and I are both creative, unique individuals and we wanted a celebrant to reflect this. Luckily Toby found Nicola’s website in his search for Melbourne celebrants. We live in Perth so it was quite a feat organising a wedding interstate. Nicola was fantastic in helping the day run smoothly!
